Downtown Smithfield Lighting Grant

The goal of the Downtown Smithfield Lighting Grant is to assist property owners and their tenants in creating an environment that is more pedestrian-friendly and increases the visibility of Downtown Smithfield businesses.

The incentive offered through this program will pay for the installation of timers to control lights in storefront windows that will be operated from sunset until midnight every day.
